Huachi Community and Sharing Policy

This English version is provided for convenience. If it conflicts with the Simplified Chinese version, the Simplified Chinese version prevails, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

> Current status: Huachi’s public community features, including a public feed, comments, a public gallery, and user-to-user viewing, are not enabled. This Policy reserves rules for those features and will be finalized against the actual product before they are launched. Sections 1 and 2 apply immediately to system-level sharing, including sharing to WeChat or saving an image.

1. Rules for Shared Content

If you use a sharing, public-display, collaboration, or community feature in Huachi, the content you share remains subject to the Huachi Terms of Service, Huachi User Upload & IP Policy, and Huachi AI Generated Content Disclaimer.

You must not share unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexual, child-inappropriate, violently threatening, impersonating, or misleading commercial content, or content that infringes another person’s privacy, portrait, or intellectual-property rights. An explicit AI-generated content label must remain attached when AI-generated content is shared.

2. Third-Party Platforms

When you share content to a third-party platform, you must also comply with that platform’s rules. You are responsible for your own reposting and further distribution in accordance with applicable law.

3. Platform Action and Reports

3.1 Huachi does not endorse user-shared content. We may remove or restrict content that violates applicable rules and may restrict or terminate service to a repeat violator.

3.2 If public community features are enabled, we will provide a reporting mechanism. A user may report prohibited content. After verification, we will promptly handle the report and provide feedback. The notice, takedown, and counter-notice process will align with Section 7 of the Huachi User Upload & IP Policy.

3.3 Reports involving minors, personal safety, or another urgent risk will receive priority, and we may report the matter to a competent authority when required by law.
