Huachi Mock Order Notice
Effective date: September 1, 2026
This English version is provided for convenience. If it conflicts with the Simplified Chinese version, the Simplified Chinese version prevails, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
1. What Is a Mock Order?
A mock order in Huachi is a product-testing and design-confirmation process. It is not a real purchase order.
2. A Mock Order Creates No Transaction Obligation
Submitting a mock order does not create a payment, production, shipment, inventory-reservation, delivery, or after-sales obligation. Neither party assumes contractual liability solely because a mock order was submitted. Any price, material, color, size, delivery time, or product effect displayed in a mock-order process may be test or estimated information and does not constitute an offer or commitment.
3. Review Before Submission
Before submitting a mock order, review the design preview, including all wording, patterns, people, brand elements, product placement, and specifications. A design confirmed in a mock order may be used as a reference for a future formal order, but it will not automatically enter production.
4. Transition to a Formal Order
When Huachi enables formal transactions:
- A formal order will be clearly labeled “Formal Order” and include a payment process;
- Before payment, we will provide the Huachi Real Order Terms covering price, payment, cancellation, production, delivery, quality remedies, and after-sales service; and
- You must confirm the design file, product specifications, price, and restrictions on returns and exchanges for customized products again when placing the formal order.
A mock order will not automatically become a formal order.
