You may email support@huachi.tech to submit product feedback, design-result issues, order questions, privacy requests, or intellectual-property complaints. To help us respond, include the issue type, affected page, app version, device operating-system version, and order number when relevant.

Service and Response Times

We will process inquiries and after-sales requests as soon as reasonably possible. During the paid pilot, our target response period is two working days. A complex privacy, intellectual-property, or dispute matter may require additional evidence and more time; we will provide a timely status update.
