Huachi User Upload & IP Policy

This English version is provided for convenience. If it conflicts with the Simplified Chinese version, the Simplified Chinese version prevails, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

1. What You May Upload

You may upload images, text, reference images, and design ideas that you created, lawfully own, or are authorized by the rights holder to use. By uploading material, you confirm that these conditions are satisfied.

2. What You Must Not Upload

Do not upload:

• Unauthorized illustrations, photographs, film or television screenshots, music or lyrics, logos, brand patterns, characters, or product images;
• A celebrity’s, public figure’s, or another person’s portrait, name, voice, or recognizable likeness unless you have permission;
• Sensitive content involving children, sexual content, hateful or harassing content, violent threats, or unlawful content;
• Another person’s private information, identity document, contact details, medical information, or financial information;
• Images of Renminbi, the national flag or emblem, military or police emblems, official certificates or bills, or other designs whose use is restricted by law; or
• Material copied from a website, social platform, search engine, or competing platform that you are not authorized to use.

3. Your Rights

You retain all rights that you lawfully hold in uploaded materials. This Policy does not transfer ownership of those rights.

4. License You Grant to Huachi

To provide design, preview, ordering, and fulfillment services, you grant Huachi a non-exclusive, royalty-free license that may be sublicensed to a service partner only to the extent necessary for fulfillment. The territory, term, and forms of processing are limited to providing the service you request, retaining necessary records, and fulfilling legal obligations. The license permits Huachi to:

• Store, copy, process, and convert the format of your materials;
• Use your materials to generate AI design candidates, product previews, and production files, including necessary editing, adaptation, background removal, enlargement, and layout processing;
• Save design memory to provide a continuous experience;
• Provide production files and necessary information to manufacturers and logistics providers after you submit a formal order, solely to manufacture and deliver the product;
• Display the materials to you on order-related pages and in communications, including order details, proofs, and after-sales evidence; and
• Conduct safety reviews, provide customer support, and process complaints.

Without your separate and express consent, we will not use uploaded materials in public marketing or provide them to a third party for model training.

5. Your Representations and Responsibility

5.1 You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload and use the relevant materials and that Huachi’s processing of them in accordance with this Policy will not infringe a third party’s copyright, trademark, portrait, privacy, reputation, or other lawful rights.

5.2 If your intentional or negligent upload of unlawful or infringing materials directly causes a third-party claim or reasonable loss to Huachi, you are responsible under applicable law only to the extent of your fault and the causal connection. Huachi remains responsible for complaint handling, necessary measures, and its own duty of care as required by law.

6. Handling Prohibited Content

If content may be unlawful, infringing, or in breach of this Policy, Huachi may refuse to process it, delete it, restrict generation or sharing, cancel the relevant order, or retain necessary records for security and complaint handling. Huachi may report the matter to a competent authority when required by law.

7. Complaints and Takedowns

7.1 Complaint. If you believe content in Huachi infringes your lawful rights, email support@huachi.tech and provide:

• Your true identity and contact information;
• Evidence of ownership or another lawful interest;
• The location and a specific description of the reported content;
• Preliminary evidence of infringement; and
• A statement confirming that the complaint information is true.

7.2 Processing. After receiving a valid complaint, we will verify it and promptly take necessary measures, which may include deletion, blocking, or disabling access, and notify the affected user. Our target response period is seven working days, except for complex matters.

7.3 Counter-notice. A user who believes the content is non-infringing may submit a statement of non-infringement and preliminary evidence. We will forward the counter-notice to the complainant. If the complainant does not bring proceedings or seek administrative action within the statutory period, we may restore the content.

7.4 Repeat infringement. We may restrict or terminate service to a user who is repeatedly confirmed to have infringed rights.

8. Appearance on Customized Products

The design you approve when ordering, including the combination of your materials and AI-generated elements, becomes the production basis and will be printed on the physical product. If your intentional or negligent provision of unauthorized content directly causes infringement loss, Huachi may seek recovery under applicable law to the extent of your fault. This does not exclude Huachi’s responsibility for risks it knew or should have known about under applicable law.
