Huachi AI Generated Content Disclaimer

Effective date: September 1, 2026

Huachi uses AI to generate design candidates from your design requirements, uploaded materials, and preferences. AI results are for inspiration exploration and product preview. They are not final production files, legal-clearance results, or grants of exclusive design rights.

This English version is provided for convenience. If it conflicts with the Simplified Chinese version, the Simplified Chinese version prevails, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

1. Labeling of AI-Generated Content

In accordance with the Measures for Labeling AI-Generated and Synthetic Content, effective September 1, 2025:

• Huachi will apply an explicit label in interfaces displaying AI-generated content, including design-preview and order-confirmation pages, to indicate that the content is AI-generated or contains AI-generated elements.
• We will add an implicit label to generated-image metadata as required by applicable rules, recording necessary information such as the content attribute and service provider.
• You must not remove, alter, forge, or conceal these labels or misrepresent AI-generated content as entirely human-created for a deceptive, fraudulent, or otherwise improper purpose.

2. Limitations and Your Review Obligation

Please note:

• An AI result may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for production, or may contain wording errors, visual defects, or style deviations.
• An AI result may resemble an existing work, brand element, person, or publicly available content.
• Huachi does not guarantee that an AI result is commercially usable, registrable as a trademark or copyright, or free from third-party claims.
• Before saving, sharing, submitting a mock order, or placing a formal order, you must review all wording, patterns, people, brands, logos, characters, and other identifiable elements. The design file you approve when placing an order becomes the production basis.
• If you upload a third-party work, brand image, celebrity photograph, or unauthorized likeness, the generated result may remain infringing. Each party is responsible according to its own fault and applicable law. See the Huachi User Upload & IP Policy.

3. Rights and Use

• Provided that you lawfully hold rights in the input materials and comply with this Disclaimer, Huachi does not assert rights against you in an AI-generated result. You may use an approved design to customize a product through the Huachi platform.
• Copyright protection and ownership of AI-generated content remain legally uncertain, and a third party may assert rights in similar content. If you intend to use a result commercially outside the Huachi platform—for example, to arrange your own printing, resell products, or register rights—you must independently assess the legal risk.
• Huachi may process AI-generated results to improve the service, conduct safety reviews, and comply with legal obligations, subject to the Huachi Privacy Policy and applicable law.

4. Prohibited Uses

You must not use AI generation to create unlawful, infringing, false or misleading content, impersonation, or content that harms minors, or to generate or distribute information prohibited by law. See Section 4 of the Huachi Terms of Service for the full list.
